- Weekly orders with priorities, price indications and agreements, delivery points, shipping information, deadlines and packing specifications to optimise financial returns
- Intake, stock and monitoring shipping on special programmes
- Regular communication on target versus actual sales values, competitive activities, price expectations and market trends
- Sound trading terms as per each market’s requirements
Shifting the pricing risk to the importing country and making pricing deals five weeks before delivery will allow product to be packed and shipped precisely as per demand. In this way, Capespan Exports hopes to address the increasing need from South African producers to do business on either a fixed-price or minimum-guarantee basis.

Because the extra mile is never too far, we perform consistent quality inspections both on the farm and on arrival abroad, assist on special packing programmes, conduct quality inspections in port and supervise the loading of vessels/containers.
