Ingredients:
2 apples 15ml (1 tbsp) water 1/2 stick cinnamon 1 clove 2 rashers lean back bacon Method:
# Peel the apples and cut into thick wedges. # Poach gently with the water and spices until just tender. # Remove the rind and as much fat as possible from the bacon. # Grill on a rack, turning once, until crisp. # Serve with the warm apple.
