2 medium apples juice of 1/2 lemon 30ml (2 tbsp) water 1/2 stick cinnamon powdered cinnamon Method:
# Peel the apples and slice thinly, placing them in a bowl of water with lemon juice added. # Drain and place in a saucepan of water. # Add cinnamon stick and poach gently until just tender. # Serve hot with a sprinkling of powdered cinnamon.
